Urban Agriculture- What is it and why do I care?
Urban agriculture can improve access to local foods in areas where access to fresh, healthy food is limited or unavailable through urban and/or innovative agricultural practices, including, but not limited to, community gardens, urban farms, rooftop farms, urban agroforests, food forests, orchards, outdoor vertical production, green walls, indoor farms, controlled environment agricultural production, greenhouses, high-tech vertical technology farms, and hydroponic, aeroponic, and aquaponic farm facilities. We are here to support multiple farmers or gardeners, impacting underserved areas that lack access to fresh, healthy foods, and promote urban and/or innovative agricultural practices with planning and implementation activities.
We are currently accepting applications for Urban AG programs in TX and NM. K-6 schools, businesses that support having living gardens on their campus and private individuals are welcome to apply!

We are all working to regenerate the land- whether it be for personal sustainability, to preserve the land our grandparents and those before them worked, or because we have come to understand the cycle and the part we play in the ecosystem. We are all RegenXers with this on our mind: Got Dirt? Get Soil!
Come join us as we travel Texas and New Mexico, bringing the community together to discuss the latest Scientific Research, paired with Indigenous Knowledge and what we can do TOGETHER!
