A Night of Classic Memories
A night of dining and entertainment to revive and create classic memories. Join us for live music, dinner and dozens of live and silent auctions with some amazing raffles! Our charitable beneficiary will be: “A Gift of Time” making a positive impact on the lives of those with mild to moderate memory loss and their caregivers. Additional proceeds will benefit the SCTX clubs helping us to produce this event: Sun City Garden Club and What’s Cooking.
Individual seat tickets can be purchased online (3% CC fee) or with check or cash in person, in advance. This event is slated to sell out, so we do not anticipate any ticket sales at the door. Individual tickets are $40, which includes dinner. This will be open seating (first come, first seat choice). Only 10 VIP tables will be available! What you can expect from this amazing experience: 30 min. pre-event Happy Hour giving you the opportunity to see all the auction and raffle items in advance (hint: there will be some items available for BUY NOW- so no one can outbid you!), no line for your dinner, and a complimentary drinks on your table! A maximum of ten (10) corporate sponsor tables will be available. These tables will have prominent placement in the ballroom and each table for ten (10) will have all of the benefits of the VIP tables, PLUS: five (5) raffle tickets for each seat, shoutouts from the stage, up to 20 weekly social media shoutouts, website links and event signage recognition! There will be over a dozen quilts made by our talented volunteers and sponsored by amazing donors who see the vision and support the mission of giving back to our local communities! These lap quilts will be featured in the raffle section as well as bundled in the silent auction area. See a quilt you just have to have?
