Local farmers are keeping us fed! Statistics tell us all kinds of numbers, which can be pretty confusing- but the bottom line is this: small producers- those producing on 10 hectares or less, are producing over 50% of the world’s food! Most of these farmers live at or below the poverty level- this is absurd! We can do something about this- next time you think about getting a bag of veggies- see if there is a local farmer you can buy from- there are CSAs, farm stands, farmers markets and direct purchase, among many other purchase options. 

We give a preference to farmers who employ a regenerative or sustainability focus. Not sure how to get your farm there- we can help with that, too! Urban farmers- yes, we want to promote you as well!
